Pocklington School’s senior shooting team travelled down to Gloucestershire to compete in the National Schools Clay Pigeon Shooting Challenge hosted at Bredon School.

Jimmy Wraith, Edward Wraith, Jack Nutt, Ashley Johston and William Falkingham made up the team and came in a creditable fourth place behind Bredon School and Hartpury College.

Ashley Johnston was the leading shot for the school with 42 out of 50 with the team recording a score of 173.
