Youngsters at Stamford Bridge Primary School are having plenty of fun outdoors now that a new trim trail has been installed.

The school paid for the equipment, costing £11,000, after receiving a generous grant of £10,000 from The Big Lottery’s Awards for All programme.

There was also a £1,000 contribution from the ‘Friends’ of the school

Julie Campbell, the school’s business manager, said: “The children have really enjoyed it, they love it.

“It is proving to be a very popular piece of equipment.”
