Four off-ride motorcycles have been stolen after a shed was broken into twice in four days in Market Weighton.

The shed, on Holme Road, was burgled between 9pm on 4 September and 11am on 5 September and again between 9pm on 6 September and 10am on 7 September.

Following the first burglary the owner took measures to secure the garage and contents but the burglars came back and damaged the garage and a vehicle parked in front of the locked garage in their effort to gain entry.

The four off-road motorcycles stolen in the two incidents are described as an orange KTM 50cc off road motor bike, a green KX60 off road motor bike and two orange and black KTM65SX motor bikes.

Anyone with information about the burglary or anyone who may have been offered these motorcycles or knows of their current whereabouts is asked to contact Humberside Police on telephone number 101, quoting crime number 2066839.
