PLANS to install a wind turbine in Holme-on-Spalding Moor will go before East Riding Council’s planning committee on Thursday 14 February with a recommendation that they be refused.

The application is for full planning permission to erect a single turbine measuring 50.9 metres to the hub and 77.9 meters to the tip on agricultural land south east of Holme Industrial Estate in Skiff Lane.
