Two long-serving members of staff at a residential and home care service in Pocklington have been congratulated on reaching a quarter of a century of service with the business.
Ann Simpson, a supported living manager, and Gillian Lilley, a registered residential manager, have worked for Sherbutt Residential and Home Care Services, a private family run business, for 25 years.
Sherbutt Residential Services Ltd supports 19 clients with varying degrees of learning disabilities, while Sherbutt Home Care Services Ltd provides care and support to people in their own homes.
Meanwhile, Ann and Gillian and the rest of the staff at the business have another reason to celebrate after an annual inspection completed by the Care Quality Commission found they are complaint with all standards.
Sherbutt Residential Services Ltd have also had their annual environmental inspection, which received the highest hygiene rating of five.
