A COFFEE morning is being organised for carers, sufferers and anyone who would like to find out more information about Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP).
The ‘Big Bash’ event, taking place on Saturday 8 September at Burnby Hall Rooms, by the gardens in Pocklington, will have coffee, tea, biscuits and a variety of stalls selling cakes, plants, soft toys, gifts, books and more. There will also be a raffle and a tombola.
Pocklington town crier Geoff Sheasby will be in attendance to hold an auction.
Funds raised from the event will go to the PSP Association, a charity dedicated to the support of people with the rare degenerative brain disease PSP, and the related disease Cortico Basal Degeneration (CBD), and those who care for them.
