The Pocklington Methodist Church Choir held a concert at the Methodist Chapel in Holme-on-Spalding Moor last Saturday.
The chapel was almost full and the event was enjoyed by the audience.
Sue Woodcock, a member of the choir, said: “The supper afterwards was a typical example of wonderful home cooked food and it was a most happy evening.
“The repertoire was the same as a previous concert but the song ‘Healthy Eating’ which is about fish and chips was once again very well received.
“The medleys from Oliver and My Fair Lady and several religious pieces were interspersed with solos from two gentlemen from the choir and the evening was a delight.”
