A STEADY stream of art lovers helped make a village exhibition a success.
The Stamford Bridge Art Society put on a two-day annual display at the village’s methodist chapel hall on The Square recently to showcase their talent.
The nine talented artists had brought with them a total of around 90 paintings with many catching the eye of visitors.
Member of the society Bernadette Oliver said: “A total of 17 paintings were sold at our exhibition. It was pretty quiet on the Friday - the weather wasn’t good - but Saturday made up for it and it was a very lively day.”
