School's 100 and a class act

FORMER pupils mixed with youngsters who are now at Pocklington Community Junior School for a special day.
Among the visitors was Betty Hopwood who returned to the school to help celebrate its 100-year birthday.

The school has held a number of events to mark its centenary.
These includes a mosaic of tiles designed by children at the school showing famous events from the past 100 years.

The latest celebrations included a pavement art competition.
