A PROPERTY in Market Weighton is to go under the hammer next week and is expected to fetch hundreds of thousands of pounds.
The Barclays Bank building on High street will be auctioned off and has a guide price of £275,000.

The auction has been organised by Colliers CRE's in London for Tuesday morning.

The building still operates as a bank and will continue as such despite the likelihood that it will be sold.

Barclays is contracted to stay in the building with a rent review not expected for another three years.

For more information contact auctioneer Simon Riggall on 020 74871700.
