We must support those showing pride in town

I was pleasantly surprised to read the Pocklington Post - regarding my brother Councillor Graham Perry and his quest to rid Pocklington of its rubbish.
Sadly it is not an isolated case as here in Davyhulme, Manchester, we have similar problems.
I think the town should back Councillor Perry and his wife whole-heartedly, they are doing a splendid job alongside Mr and Mrs Peter Phillips. I urge all of the residents to be mindful of rubbish, if we all do a little, it would be so beneficial to the community.
Please support these people, they are not doing it for glory but for a pride in the town where you live. I wish he still lived in Davyhulme! Keep up the good work Bro!
