IS it you who walks your dog when it is dark?
That opens your door and lets your dog walk itself?

Is it you who pretends to look for a bag in your pocket when your dog has fouled the footpath, then walks on?

Is it you who allows your children to walk your dog without cleaning up the mess the dog leaves?

Do you think that no one sees you walk away when your dog has fouled the streets?

If, as you read this, your answer to any of these questions is: "Yes", then you have been seen.

But who in authority needs to see this problem before people guilty of letting their dogs foul without cleaning it up are properly fined?
