ON behalf of Melbourne Church building fund, I would like to thank all those who attended our Strawberry Fair.
The weather was miserable but the afternoon bright as children from Melbourne School M&M Club entertained us with songs from Bugsy Malone. The cake stall and raffle was fantastic, as were all our stalls including face painting by Katy and friend.

These events would never be complete without the behind the scenes ladies, in this case, Sonia, Joyce B and Christine who not only served everyone but then had to wash up. Our total raised was £430 which included a very generous £100 donation. Once again thank you all for your support.

Joyce Clarke

Melbourne
