PEMBROKE House Apartments have been honoured by the Bridlington Self Catering Association for having the best kept frontage in town.
The guest accommodation building was nominated by last year's winners of the best maintained frontage award, Julie and Les Dyl of San Marino Court, who handed over a plaque to owners Alan and Mary Eaton.
The winning couple also received a £25 voucher to spend on DIY and gardening.
Ian Stoddard, president of the Self Catering Association, said that the standard of entrants was extremely high.
"We are delighted that so many of our members put such effort into making their businesses look good and play their part in making the town an attractive place to live, stay or visit," said Ian.
"This award has been going for years and although our members realise the importance of first impression on visitors and guests, it is fantastic to be able offer an extra incentive to take it that step further."
All members of the Bridlington Self Catering Association are automatically entered into the competition.
